lolipop 5.0 was working fine on my z ultra, but as soon i moved to 5.1, the update start causing issues, the first issue was, on incoming calls the phablet was not ringing, but fixed it via factory reset.
Still facing issues with the camera of the phablet, as it clicks the photos, but not saving any.
& on contacts while searching any of the saved contacts, the keyboard blocks the call button function

I faced the same problem. Try "clear data" for all your video apps. In my case, "video", "mx player"and "mx player codec".
Wish it fixes yours too

Today my Z1 updated to 5.1.1. no errors shown during update. MInor issue: dialpad numbers are much smaller, imho too small.
Major F.up: When camera is started, 1st shoot is OK with shutter sound. Photo is taken. Next
shoot is W/O shutter sound, just focus beep. Photo(s) are taken OK. If camera is closed than
opened again, camera doesn't work any more, just black screen shows.
Only restart helps. So far I only tried to clear camera cache and restart and clearing dalvik cache, but no help. Phone is not rooted. Next step will be factory reset (Grrrr!)
Any other suggestion?

For those who have a ring tone (sound) problem after update to 5.1.1 ( I had it) go to setting/Apps/ and reset data for Phone. After that my z1c started ringing with sound again.

I have been doing an update since 5.30 yesterday morning (20 Sept 2015) and it's still updating now... But it's not actually doing anything!
