Microsoft's OS is very outdated in terms of Mobile. And don't you dare start with the lag, it is not only laggy but even a simple app like WhatsApp can't function well. About the app gap? It is not about the number of apps, the available apps are barely functional and most of them haven't been updated since 2013 or 2014.. this is coming from someone who once embraced Windows Phone at launch from WP7 till WP8. Microsoft messed it up and it is long gone now. Windows Phone 10 won't save it..
I prefer an open ecosystem rather than a very closed one. If I do not want Android, I'd go for iOS still much better than Windows Phone.

SnapDragon 410, Rear cam 8 mp and FF cam 5 mp, and this is the most aggressive and attractive budget smartphone ever with Windows 10 or anyother OS ever.
