they got whole world of devices, so if they want they can connect them like no one else, thats their power. Also they can synch their production withou problems and making something even if its not cheaper, but better means more stable income for company.

if samsung makes their own glass, cpu, ram, storage chip, amoled screen... would that make samsung phone MORE CHEAPER than other android flagship phones or apple??? they dont need to source out components, its made in-house but why do samsung phone or flagship phones cost almost the same with other manufacturer that buys components from other company

Even if their entire mobile department shuts down, they won't be having financial problems whatsoever. Because Samsung produce almost everything that you can imagine! From TVs to military weapons! Thats right. They are also the builder of the current world's tallest skyscraper! So go figure. But they do need to change their current strategy in making their flagships.
