Its the reason why although iphones have good standby battery, they don't match up when it comes to actually using the phone. The iPhones cores are battery hogs.

AnonD-223898, 22 Sep 2015S6 is still way better in multi-core! Multi-Core is the one which actually represents the tota... moreFirst, exynos 7420 is octa-core. It uses 2 quad cores. That means in real life only the big one (a57) will be running. And it almost never run at full speed to prevent overheating because of the poor a57 design. That means in real life, s6 is not THAT fast. While iphones can run at near full speed for a prolonged period of time and it consists 2 powerful cores meaning most of the apps can use the full CPU and GPU potential of the phone while the s6 only uses the a57s which throttles and most apps dont use all 4 cores which reduces the performance more and it switch to the low powered a53s when it overheats which reduces the performance even more.

BTW 720p was a flagship spec in 2012. Were in 2015. In 2010 which is 5 years ago iPhone 4 had the highest resolution on a phone of 640x960, nothing even came close.

This is starting to get lame, there is nothing innovative about the new iPhone, so it's .0001 faster than the previous iPhone. The camera is slightly better. It's starting to get lame and boring now.
