Nepal, 29 Jan 2010Every 1/3 mobile is nokiaNo, not really, it's even more, Nokia has like close to 40% of the market. It's like little less the every other phone user in the world has a Nokia, approx 1.7 billion (1700 million) Nokia users, compared to Apple iPhone that has like a little more then 30 million.
Nokia make it 60% world wide smartphone marketshare
we should be very proud of you
microsoft are doing very well as well
Every 1/3 mobile is nokia
Anonymous, 29 Jan 2010Nah! Nokia's OS are sh*t! Their update is tooo late. Symbian is sooo gonna die and Meomo is so... moreYou're just jealous SE fanboy!
If Symbian gonna die, why ur beloved *cough* Sony Ericsson *cough* use it on Satio and Vivaz?
It's really obvious that u are very jealous of Nokia becoz they gain 800 millions Euro, while ur SE losses 800 millions Euro. Poor of u.
Mount everest people loves nokia
Nokia is a king of mobile

osx and android are both similar
Nice to hear Nokia is healthy in term of number.
Nokia is all about connecting people. Good thing Nokia start to listen to its customer. X6 16gb, personally I think is a good move. We don’t care about internal media storage. Just give the user option for external card slot and let user decide. Hope new Nokia phone will beef up the RAM and CPU speed.
Still Nokia 5800 is done deal offer from Nokia. Not a great or super phone but a Good phone in term of spec, price and size. X6 16gb still not worth to upgrade from 5800.
Will Nokia offer X6 8gb??? Haha I don’t think so. So I guess I will wait for new Nokia phone to upgrade my 5800.
Anonymous, 28 Jan 2010Try the N900 and you will know why ;)I did try it , i didnt like the touchscreen and my battery died before the day was gone , ive trade it for a Nexus One^^
Nice to see the stumbling giant getting back on its feet. I think that Nokia have the right strategy of focusing more on low and mid-range phones and decreasing production of touchscreen and high end phones. I think that way they ensure quality over quantity (particularly in their touchscreen smartphones). It may be hard to believe, but touchscreen phones are still very much in the minority, and most people do not need/cannot afford fancy smartphones. If Nokia get the re-designing of their Symbian OS right, and Maemo fulfills its promise, then 2010 will treat Nokia quite nicely methinks.
Anonymous, 29 Jan 2010B4 u try to generalize the case for possibly one country (US) for iphones, have you considered... moreListen, it's not about how small or thin the phones are, even thouh E-series and Classic series are so slim and full of specs, 5mp cameras, flash etc and way thinner than iPhone. You really don't think Nokia can make slim touchscreens if they wanted to? N-series is a instutution and it's users like them big and solid and in the hand, it's tradition. The day N-series is thin and girlylike i will not like it. When it comes to size and the deffinition of large it's a matter of debate, iPhone might be a bit slim but still huge, N-series is a bit thicker but still not huge.
goes to say who is the best in the business.
Go Go Nokia!!
(pls make n93i upgrade, n98(!) soon,..8mp, optical zoom, xnon flsh, and wide angle lens if u re seein this!!s)
i tried Samsung a couple of times; both times got annoyed enough with it to rush back to Nokia within the month.
Nokia fighting back! Congrats!
Anonymous, 29 Jan 2010apple iphone, release date : june 2007.
nokia 7700, release date : nov 2003
:)yeah, 7700, have you even seen ONE person using it?
If you do have figures of sales 7700 being over any iphone any day, let me know.
The 7700 was one of the greatest flop for the company.
