See. You guys are really clueless about what lag is. Lag=slow. Hang=freeze. Simple. If you experience 0.5secs or 1secs slow, that is not lag. It is call 'animation speed' or 'transition speed'. It can be customized if you use Developer Option. Stock android have less animation. Touchwizz use it for whatever reason they have. Some people loves seeing animation on their phone. Live wallpapers will give you an idea of what animation speed is like. In Nova launcher, this speed can be control too, if you are into custom launcher.

[deleted post]I have a Note 4 and after 3 months it's lagging real bad.
Admittedly it did not lag when I first got it. But I did instal some apps, I'm synchronizing 2 mailboxes, calandar, contacts and so on... And it started lagging pretty badly.
And no, I do not confuse app loading times with the UI freezes before executing a command.

maybe its not touchwiz that lags, maybe its just the phone, but in the end.... samsungs phones always starts to lag after 6 months of usage.

S7, S7 Edge, and oversized S7 Edge Plus.
Not yet counting S7 Active to make it 4.
