Here is what The Verge says:

"The camera itself is a 13-megapixel unit with a secondary sensor for blur effects after the shot is taken. It’s not the most impressive camera, with flat contrast and drab colors in low light, and the blur effects are just as gimmicky here as they were when HTC debuted them in 2014’s One M8. The camera is the most obvious point where the Axon’s lower cost holds it back — it just can’t hold a candle to the cameras on the Galaxy S6 or LG G4."

And it does have a fingerprint scanner on the back and it's of the latest kind. So where did you get the 'bleh' camera from? Did you see a life sample or something?

My experience with ZTE phones is not pleasant. Huawei are far better. As are a lot of Chinese OEMs. ZTE should stick to what they're best at... Dongles and MiFi.

How did it get the award in IFA? The iphone-ish UI is too much for me. Large square icons and no app tray. You call yourself android? The award is good but not satisfying me. It need a new UI. No problem. I could just use custom launcher. Easy.

I looked at it and while it looks a bit more subdued in person, it's still a tacky design.

The camera appears to be bleh. The lack of fingerprint sensor doesn't help, either.

You get what you pay for.

Good idea selling it through eBay in order to reach UK/European customers and being able to buy a phone that might never reach my country, but on the other hand, I won't ever do again the mistake of buying electronics from an online store outside my country, because if it has any kind of problems, good luck returning it and receiving a replacement. If purchased from a local store, all you have to do is to take it back or send it back to the local store and sometimes they might even replace it on the spot with a new one.
