The moment Apple let its guard down, Huawei will take over the second spot. 7% global market share for Huawei against Apple 10% is a close call don't you think. Just a tiny bit more push on Huawei and I bet they will rule the Q3 report. Oh, guess what? I think Google already did gave them that push. Huawei Nexus 5X coming soon. Say bye bye to Apple.

I hope all Samsung haters shut up and acknowledge that Samsung is still the King of the smartphone world according to Counterpoint Q2 report. 19% global share in mobile phone category and 21% global share in smartphone-only category. That is enough for me to salute them. The report also stated that one of every five mobile phone shipped globally is a Samsung. And yes, Apple is forever number two.

To make things clear: Apple has a whopping 10% of the market with just one product (Iphone) meanwhile Samsung has 19% with a wide variety of products.

Your Padfone S was marvellous for the price charged. Keep going with this kind of competitive pricing so middle and lower income people can enjoy top notch flagship phones.

These chinese models is the case that made samsung make a reverse gear. It removed SD card and removable battery and made a total compelte flop S6/note 5 to see how it will perform in the market where chinese models are rising. But if sammy didin't made this reverse gear i believe today sammy would have been giving a tough fight to all brands.
