Modi Just want to grab some headlines in Indian papers and poor Indians fall for such gimmicks. First PM to travel the world and begg corporates. The CEO of both Google and Microsoft is Indian. Google CEO, Sundar Pichai and Microsoft CEO, Satya Nadella probably just want to look good for their home country. In world perspective, we see it as racial discrimination as Google and Microsoft don't seem to want to help other undeveloped country with poor internet access and only help India.

Also the sites you can visit will be limited.

btw high speed broadband services without FUP are available here in India, at kolkata alliance broadband gives you 3mbps connectivity for rs 2499 with 10 mbps night speed and 45mbps peering, no FUP

providing full wifi access to small country more easier than to a big country like india.
