ThePhabletGuy, 28 Sep 2015ok, so what??? -_-Well its obviously got your back up as usual as you were the first to comment.how many phone models do you have by the way.cus your in every different phone forum b!tching all the the time ?
Every single time apple release a phone there is nothing but silly arguing about which is best they all do the same thing.
sure? They sell this iphones like Volkswagen? And after couple years the truth will be in fact another? how they sell this huge quantity ? From software? :)))
[deleted post]First, I highly doubt you have an iPhone, according to your "hate". Secondly, there has never been a "value" in buying iphones, it is and will always be the most expensive phone out there. According to a lot of people, you always purchased the best smartphone of the year when you buy an iPhone. Spec? Check the benchmarks... single core benchmark, apple absolutely destroys the best specs of android (ie Note 5). This generation, the iPhone 6S is the first phone that can go toe-to-toe with the best spec of android in multi core, and that's comparing a dual core (2GB) with an eight core processor (4GB)! All-in-all, just like a lot of android users, iPhone users have invested a lot in the ios ecosystem, and since both system are more alike than ever (aside from customization/widget/illegal-friendly for android, security/perfect-optimization/apps/prestige for ios), there's really no point in switching from either side.
Anonymous, 28 Sep 2015Shipped not sold and mostly scalpers. So what? Ask Samsung/LG/Sony/HTC/Other OEMs who make android phones - Would they want to be in this position OR not? That answer will tell you the reality and whether this is a significant achievement or not.
Anonymous, 28 Sep 2015Shipped not sold and mostly scalpers.clearly, the article states "sold". Samsung is the one that announces "shipped" quantity
[deleted post]"try something different"
according to lot of researchs are telling more android switchers than ever before, so they are trying something different.
Also if you are Happy with your product why would you put lot of money to try something risky if you can just buy better version of the product what you already like? Doesnt sound good to me at all?
Harmonica, 28 Sep 2015Why don't you say this to stupid sansung who keeps comparIng its Android devices wIth iPhone???well everyone compares everything everybody has their own opinion no body is going to change that. I am a android user I like android a lot since it gives me freedom apple does not but apple has a excellent software and I have used iphone before the only thing I don't like about it its ITunes but they are good phones and have a smooth interface.
tumama, 28 Sep 2015yes you can remove touchwizz from the s6 so don't talk without knowing ok comparing Android t... moreTechnically - yes, you can remove Touchwiz from S6. But, can you retain your warranty after removing Touchwiz? If not, why would anyone want to spend $600 on a phone and void warranty on the next day? Please think from all the angles before you answer the question. Again, I am not a apple fanboy, rather an Android fan who thinks practically.

[deleted post]I think samsung fans are smarter , thats why SamSung gave them smart scroll, smart pause , smart stay etc
Anonymous, 28 Sep 2015They only beat sales records because they slightly increase the number of phones available at ... moreThe part that I agree is - Apple is deliberately keeping the supply less than what they can actually sell, so that they can beat their record sales next year. But that is not a bad thing at all, isn't it? Just think about it - which company (samsung/sony/htc etc) would not want to be in that position? I.e. being able to sell 30 to 50 million smartphones in opening weekend, but still control the supply such that they can beat it in subsequent year AND be confident of not losing sales due to limiting the supply in the first week.
Samsung would be very happy to sell 13million Galaxy Grand On (butt of jokes in gsmarena news articles) - leave alone Note 5 or S6 series, isn't it? If apple has managed to get 30-50 million fanboys across the world, that is a great achievement, isn't it? They very well deserved to show off that achievement, as far as I am concerned.
PS: I am not a apple fanboy, rather an Android fan (not a fanboy though). Give credit where it is due, this is a stellar achievement from apple.
