Symbian ui and multitouch arebeing added to new symbian is the right direction

currennt okia users will use nokia symbian phone again because nokia offer

free ovi maps
new ui
improved user experience
multitouch to zoom, typing, gaming,
feature-rich phomnes
many firmware update for few years

happy with my free ovi maps and new firmware update on mini n97

      Not expect n97 mini to be upgraded to symbian 3, but still hope that nokia give us ui change

              So nokia need to hire double the the current number of staff to upgrade maemo to maemo8 and symbian 7

                  If Maemo 6 is well polished, it beat Android, Bada, WebOS, BB, and kill iPhone OS in many ways.

                  And if Maemo 7 is announced, Android and other OS died because overkilled by Maemo.

                        a bit late to come up with ymbian 3. But better than none

                        symbian with new ui and improved user experience is the os average users want it in their phone, epecially nokia phone with symbian 4
