i had satio and got rid of it i think the operaing system is crap slow to many menues i cant wait for next easy to use i phone

this is some dirty move nokia makes by not releasing symbian^2
why?
well isn it obvious.
they are still selling and will still sell symbian^1 and that makes it dirty.
it's like selling xp over and over and over and over and over and over again by not releasing vista but going straight to seven. it's like promising something but just buy our products today and eventually we will release something better.

really good to know especially about symbian. Nokia should have to launch a device with good spec etc, I have used almost all the nokia devices, x6 is good as well but lacks UI and speed

I agree on how fast Android is catching up, for an OS that's just a few yr old. But when comparing with symbian and maemo, android's like the google chrome-fast but not powerful enough, maemo is like mozilla firefox-very powerful but not famous enough, and symbian is like the internet explorer, while os9.4 or symbian^1 may be IE6, and even if symbian^2/3 don't make it, symbian^4 is definitely gonna be the IE8( which is by the way most used/downloaded browser now)...
Even if they don't wanna reease ne devices with symbian^2, I just hope they port it our devices and upgrade us from ^1 to s^2. Let's just hope that the symbian countdown brings something to cheer for..

I just saw the Symbian^3 UI and it was total BS! Seriously! It looks so trying hard! And they even copied iPhone's photo gallery! How lame is that! And they try to sue Apple! Wow they are so lame!

oh i'm so excited about symbian thing! If ever nokia fixed all the bugs regarding ram, 3d graphics(as in almost flawless like what the preview game advertised on youtube for n82), slow ui and flawed web browser, then a very competitive phone will surely arise. And with the trademark nokia cheapness, they may take the world astorm! Waiting for the n87, the next best thing for a camera smartphone...

Agree with the guys about 5530 as i have it to. But the bugs are just too much. I hope we get some new features when symbian 3 is released, or that some genius hacks his way and makes it possible at least. Signs point to nokia not releasing n98 anytime soon, so probably, the updates will be ported to our phones. But probably in time for symbian 4, n98 will be released,and it would get the symbian 4, but not current phones.
