AnonD-424253, 26 May 2016hey after the factory reset , did the update works?Nope..still the same.. after complete downloading of that update phone verifies the update and says the update is corrupt, do u want to download it again..
If anybody has solved this problem, plz comment

I have tried to update my HTC Desire 826, but when its updating time its showing a error message Status 7 (E:Error in @/cache/recovery/block.map(status 7), Installation aborted.
Please suggest me, how I can resolve it, bcoz,I have tried it 5-6 times, but couldn't succeeded to update Marshmallow.

I got HTC desire 826 sense 7 and marshmallow update . Initially some glitches with touch were taking too much time . Apps behaving slow and weird , but once I updated all the apps from playstore ( ofcourse playstore services resumed ) then I was able to get through without hassles. Now it is working smooth and fine. Also , regarding the touch issue , I faced it only on default theme of HTC but when I switched to customized themes downloaded from Theme app of HTC then it worked as smooth as butter against the knife. =) =)
