hey i just updated my HTC Desire 820 dual sim and i faced the same problem my htc sense is not working but when i went to google app store it is showing me that htc sense home is not compatible with my phone :( what to do please tell me

Does anybody sort out this issue.. Plz replyhey i had the same problem, but i somehow fixed it.
if u are not able to get to playstore and download htc home sense, jus keep pressing the home button and u ll be able to open chrome, then search download htc sense home apk 8.12 version , and download the sense manually from the site

I have HTC desire 820 and i updated it and now my ... moreI hope ur using any messenger like whatsapp or hike, so please tell any of your friend to send you any app link which will take you to play store, then in "search bar" type and search "sense home" and then click on that htc sense home which is already installed in ur phone., there you will find that it needs update, so click on update. HERE YOU ARE DONE! Enjoy :)

I don't understand that if so many people r facing the same problem then it's their ota which is at fault, not our phones..
I would request all those who r facing the same problem should send a mail to HTC as they might consider their fault & correct it..

The game, 24 May 2016I will advise you to update your phone over WIFI Updated in wifi only.. first part downloaded and installed properly.. it's the second part of the update which is causing problem..
