someone is sending images to my cell phone. it is going into the HP file and then into the imagcache file. When I try to open the files, it says files not supported. Each one has a long number.tec How can these files be opened?

Hi, I've updated My Nokia 6303i Classic Software from 7.10 to 9.83. Looking good but Images were not displayed. After Software update, Music Player didn't opened, I just restored factory settings; Then Music player worked. How to get Images? Now When I open Its showing continuous "Please Wait" Screen ot "No Photos to Display". Please Help me.
