This phone is BEAST...
*64gb base model
*removable battery (I get about 4hour on screen time)
*can add up to 2000gb with a sd card
*camera is the same as the note 5 if not better
*no lag at from the 2 weeks I have it (T-Mobile variant)
I've been faithful to Samsung for many years now as I've had the best Android experiences so far. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and very satisfied with it, the build, the camera and everything else. But unfortunately i will not be buying the Note 5 as it doesn't have removable battery and no SD-card slot (this one is extremely important to me).
I see myself either buying this one or (if i can't wait) the G4.
Maybe I missed the spec somewhere, but does it have a stylus? If it does, then bye bye Note 3.
Freed0m17, 01 Oct 2015Why make this? they could just make this the next G5 series...so sexy looking. g5 would be better and more beautiful than this. that's not impossible
cannot wait for the dual sim.
The only thing , no front LED flash.
AnonD-223316, 02 Oct 2015That was a response to Aldred who stated that great design doesn't always compromises the remo... more...yes but usually if there's a removable battery the back cover has to be a flexible material which is usually plastic. I don't think any phone company will make a phone with a removable glass or even metal back cover.thus is where the cheap plastic look usually comes in. ( though I think Motorola did a nice wooden one.
First of all it has a removable back cover not removable battery (at least for now) and it uses snapdragon 808 not 810.
AnonD-436220, 01 Oct 2015THIS IS IT! The Phone of the Year 2015. When will it be available? If only LG changes th... morereally man...lg logo looks good it is small not like others samsung wich doesnt use other kind of astuff
So this Dura Skin if it was Samsung , it would be called "cheap looking plastic" by the media.
Mallik, 02 Oct 2015Very interesting features. But seems nearly 200 grams weight very heavy to carry in pocket.Yea, you would need a bag for it, LOL. Really, did you just say that.
Nice phone with a great build, with removable battery and micro SD card support, the rubber back is great fro drop protection and not being slippery when holding the phone, but my issue is with LG's UI and their slow software updates. I would also not touch any smartphone with the Snapdragon 810 chip, I would wait till next year for the Snapdragon 820 which will be a beast and run cool as a cucumber.
They could have added enhanced resistance to liquid and dust... Looks good nevertheless!
