Anonymous, 03 Mar 2010yes it supports mp4 videos, also its camera is very power and have autofocus and led flash whi... moreit would have been better if n6303 captures videos in mp4 format.. mp4 is better in terms of clarity and resolution compared to 3gp.
I have both of them 6303 & 6303i. the result is very simple, 6303i is much better then 6303, because its more loud, internal memories biggest,Speed increase, but 6303i "DON'T HAVE AUTO FOCUS", this is very disappointing us. And today i just found another problem, when u press any key, the speaker will have annoying sound like Zziiiiiiiiiii about 5 second after u press any key, i duno you guys have same problem like this or not? pls let me know that.. The final opinion is, for me, i like 6303 more then 6303i because 6303 more stable, u feel more quality then 6303i, and 6303 have auto focus! 6303i don't have..
nokia 6303clasic is betr than 6303i becoz clasic has autofocus and vedio clarity than *i*...
And keypad is mor easy to click.

can anybody pls tell me that this new version of nokia 6303 supports mp4 video or not.how the camera quality of phone.
After the horrible 6303(design and specs), they decide to make a an 'I' version, with one new color that fit well the phone, the kaki (vomit)one ^^
P.S Good job Mr.Nokia ^^
Great phone but it's still to expensive and it doesn't have something special without that very good quality 3,2 MP camera...3120 it's like 6303 (not that good at design) and it's more cheaper...
What??? 8fps never thought i would here this from Nokia. Been using Nokia for 15yrs n never expected 8fps from them.Shame on you nokia!
Hey Nepal... This is a low end to mid range phone. Don't expect anything big. If u want capacitive touchscreen, 3'' bigger, then go look for other high end mobiles. Leave the 2.2'' for someone simple-minded.
William, 04 Feb 2010Was there actually a demand for an upgrade from the Nokia 6303 Classic? Not that I call a Noki... moreThat's what I don't / can't understand why the almighty brand does this...what's wrong with the previous 6303? Or better yet, 6300?
For those who really needs the "upgrades", chances are the almighty brand is "already" offering at least half a dozen models to suit their needs.
Nowadays I think most who buy the 6-series may not be that different from 2-series, they just buy the phone for calls/SMS. They care little if the phone has more internal memory, or ability to take more external memory, or do they ever make any video out of the phone.
Maybe that's the almighty brand's intention....relase a so called "new" phone almost every WEEK and BOMBARD the various media (and pay them $ along the way? As I know other brands also make mid/low end phones but they seldom get reported like the almighty brand), as well as the shops, so they get more attention / shelf space than its competitors.
Adding the possibly more commission $ to the frontline salespersons, for those who have little idea what they want in a phone, when they walk in to the shop, all they see are phones from the almighty brand...61xx/62xx/63xx/slide/classic/fold or whatever combination...
To me, I think making dozens of so call new models is a waste of the Earth's resources....bcoz where do the old (unsold) models go? What happened to the 6300/6303? All sold out? I doubt so. There might be a chance they simply went to the landfills.
Make 3"display with capacitive touch screen peoples like this not 2.2"display with keypad because feeling boring with 2.2" display no big images and videos in s40 at midrange
