Many Lumias made by Nokia had metal frames. Plastic is Microsoft's domain, not Lumias' as a whole line. Microsoft is failing on more demanding markets because they can't provide good quality phones in reasonable prices. All they make are junkphones for 3rd world or flagships for insane people, who just love to throw away money.

Where do you guys so your research? 830 already has a metal frame. Its successor would be merely carrying it on.
