I bought a Samsung Note 4 in December 2014 and I still haven't gotten an update from KitKat. Oh, it's not that they don't say an update isn't available, it just never applies correctly. I'll believe it when I see it.

Tmobile was the slowest of all carries last time around. Expect a solid 5 month wait from this point.

And i use T-Mobile network why i need to wait to T-Mobile to release the update... Take for ever ... Apple do way much better for the updates why they don't do the same..... Now i have no choise to wait. Doesn't make sense to buy a nexus from the play store if you need to wait for the same update fron your carrier..... :(

there is no point in t-mobile getting involved with the updates, just let the OEM sort it as then there's less hassle to get an update to the users, if they let apple sort the updates on their own why can't they do with all other devices.

hope Samsung has plans for note3, cos I might stop buying these companies with brand that only update phone twice its life circle. maybe its time to start buying phones u know will never be update n forget about updates.
