It's sad to see that Sony won't be upgrading the Z3v to Marshmallow. They have been so delayed in getting Lollipop 5.1 to us Z3v, presumably Verizon is partly at fault but they should still be trying to make it up to us for not yet receiving the Lollipop update by giving us the chance to see Marshmallow. The Z3v is similar to other Z3 devices and should be treated the same. Shame on both Sony and Verizon.

NO,it's completely fair because they are only need to update your devices for 18 month's and SONY actually provided much more than that even up to 3 years of support for some devices...first is the example is SONY Xperia Z that got Lollipop 5.1.1 and that just some crazy support from SONY considering that is more than 2 years old device...even Samsung S4 have only lollipop 5.0 ... so you all should be happy with support you got until now from SONY...and nothing is confirmed yet maybe you will get update after all for Z1 just like Xperia Z got update for 5.1.1

guys guysss come on,u didnt lose anything,not much differences between 5.1 and 6,to me actually 5.1.1 is more beautiful,just take a look at the demo version of android 6 on YouTube,it sucks... specially the Ui(user interface)

Even if my old Xperia Z will not get an update, im happy with lollipop now. From ICS, Jelly bean, Kitkat, then lollipop... Nothing to be frown about the care that Sony gave to Z. Thanks Sony. Hello Xperia Z5 premium :)
