Anonymous, 07 Oct 2015Uhhh...you do realize that a lot of us Android users came from iPhones, right? As in, we left ... moreMore people join Apple than leave. And those who do leave often come back home soon after.

"Users opt in to share information with Android Auto that improves their experience, so the system can be hands-free when in drive and provide more accurate navigation through the car’s GPS.", so users have to "opt in" if they want to be able to fully use the product! There is no need at all for Google to have and store any information from the user! Why do Google need information for the user to able to use hands free, and with offline maps and GPS-reciever in the car there is no need for Google to have any information att all from the user?!

I bet the "users OPT-IN" is set to ON by default right Google? With a confusing set of menus to go through to just find the OFF switch.

Why would a luxury car manufacturer support a semi luxury Android handset anyways? (yes I'm referring to your flagships droid boys). Besides, if you have an android and if you can afford a Porsche, buying an iPhone as an extra device wouldn't hurt. It also wouldn't be the "extra" device for very long. Within days or a week or 2, it would become the main.
