Well this same going to happen for many android companies, you can't stand out with android, android was easy way to make money but today it's almost impossible.
Even samsung is in huge problems and have been past two years, because chinese can copy the product and sell it three times cheaper.

they should launch bang for buck devices like moto g and one plus 2 and prices should be kept lower success is guaranteed if devices worth every penny and less compromises are made. timely android updates should also be present

my phone and tablet screen broke down by itself in my bag.
and the best part is their screen replacement cost is 80% of the tablet itself (dubai) and i.e ridiculous.

just follow what xiaomi footstep, release 4 device each year. flagship, compact, tablet and phablet. no need, C,M,E. all using same SoC and sell cheap

it feels like Sony had 0 budget for mobile phones marketing, u hardly see their phones in malls and shops and if there is any they r situated at some cotner n no salesman is there for guidance, samsung being winner the only reason is perfect marketing . . .

Samsung has many decent phones in 10-20K with decent camera and decent processor

Every 6 months they release a new flagship phone you think that's to often. Iphone fans got to wait a year for a new phone, and that's ok. Am a Sony fan you think I would spend so much money for a phone and then next 6 months another one is available. Makes no sense.

High price is the only disadvantage for Sony. It's correct they r manufacturing very good mobiles but in this competitive mobile business Sony has 2 slash down its high end phones like Z5 & Z5 premium. I strongly believe Sony will start earning profit in mobiles with the success of Z series only if they launch these phones with low rates. Look at Motorola, Samsung, HTC. All the bog companies have also launched some great models at very low price & every1 can c the success of those models. Cut prices & b start walking on the road of success all again.

The Price can be a tad too expensive for some, and the short-term release dates for new phones are just too fast. But the main thing that they need to do is MARKETING. Seriously, they didnt put enough budget on the marketing.
