That MPCS guy, 11 Oct 2015Yeah like the iCloud incident the last year lel pathetic, you don't even seem to know the difference between social engineering individual account VS the whole system.
Note to self: never engage with astroturfers.
and to the other guy, insecurity much ? "omgomg he is talking something bad about samsung, he must be a iPhone user"
Samsung NOTE user here.
That MPCS guy, 11 Oct 2015Yeah like the iCloud incident the last year lel Exactly! It amazing how quickly Apple users choose to forget something that ruined the lives of hundreds of people.
AnonD-430787, 10 Oct 2015Enjoy you old tech that will be obsolete in few months.. heard it was infiltrated ? Good luck.Yes, MST is older, but it will be around for many years to come. Samsung Pay also works great with tap-to-pay through NFC, which means its users get to enjoy the best of both worlds.
Samsung Pay wasn't hacked. LoopPay, a Samsung subsidiary on a physically separate network was the target of hackers who were after the company's highly sought after Magnetic Secure Transmission (MST) technology. The LoopPay corporate network issue was resolved immediately and had nothing to do with Samsung Pay. http://goo.gl/oPcJKm
Good luck using Apple Pay at retailers that don't have NFC technology, which number into the tens of thousands!
