This ... morewhy is Xiaomis fault that U broke the screen on first, and second if they have a policy of 14 warranty days why you complaint, and if they wants to helpo changing the motherboard why you dont want if IMEI dont means anything!

Im really disapointed with Xiaomi brand and wont use any kind of their product anymore.
This is start in this June 2015. I have bought Xiaomi Redmi 2 with TAM's guarantee in Indonesia.
Not within a month (exactly 21 days), my Xiaomi is broken, death screen.
Within two days, I have bring my Xiaomi to service center.
This is my first experience, I mean, I have use several brand and never got this problem.
I think this is just my bad luck. Unfortunately, Xiaomi in Indonesia only give one to one replacement within 14 days.
So, my Xiaomi must experience it first service, the service center only change the mainboard, which cause my IMEI wont be the same anymore.
My bad luck really wont stop there. I have to bring my Xiaomi back to the service center. This time, my Xiaomi cant change the ringtone.
Againnnn...the service center suggest that my Xiaomi must repair by change the mainboard. Another brand new IMEI.
That service experience make me feel REALLY BAD.
How come, I buy a brand new smartphone. But, it broken not within a month.
I think, if Xiaomi belief that their product is perfect, either really care about after sales service,
Xiaomi will have a flexible policy in their guarantee.
I have do many thing that I can do, complaining to TAM and Xiaomi Indonesia.
But, they all give the same answer, they CANT do anything because of their guarantee policy.
How BAD my luck...
