Now wh to say IFans....??? Apple's own U S A's Court found it Guilty.
.., 14 Oct 2015I'm actually curious.. Why would you say so? Can you explain?:DUS tend to act to benefit US corporations, because of a biased jury. Even Obama stepped in and vetoed a court decision (but that's sort of different, he probably wouldn't have done it for a foreign company though).
But Intel was sued over the same thing so it may not be so easy for Apple to get away with it. Plus in this case both sides are American so its not too relevant i guess.
.., 14 Oct 2015I actually don't understand. Apple is getting sued for improving their chipsets? :DIF samsung got sued for rectangular corners then the same logic was applied for this joke company called APPLE. now PAY mah money back Bi**h
Typhoon, 14 Oct 2015The fines/damages will get reduced by a substantial amount..Pocket change for Apple..Next..I doubt they will reduce the damages. Apple denied the infringement. So, if you said you are not guilty but you are guilty anyway, that mean double the fines. Apple in denial. Is it so hard to admit they are copying. I hope this case get drag till next year. I want to see Apple suffer with stress.

It really doesn't matter! They'll sell iPhone 7 for 2000$ and everyone will be happy again!
Anonymous1213, 14 Oct 2015I somehow doubt it will end with Apple being penalized, especially if its in USA.I'm actually curious.. Why would you say so? Can you explain?:D

Command, 14 Oct 2015Copyright iNFRINGEMENT, designed by Apple in CaliforniaI acknowledge Apple invented the iCopy and iPatent.
Plot twist: They sued Samsung in order to be able to pay for any parent infringement they make in the future.
So i guess using other ideas and making it popular is biting back i guess
Too bad. Guess this is what you get when you use somebody's idea without consent and call it your own, and add the term "innovation" in it. Lol. Magical aint it?
Not that it'll make a damn bit off difference to them but it's nice to see them get a taste of their own medicine. But like some of you have said they'll probably not end up paying a penny. Shame they don't put that money to use to R&D a better camera. Green hues everywhere :/
