Hookar, 14 Oct 2015Thats because they plate the whole back unlike just the rim on the V10Please use proper term. It is not call a rim. The metal on the side is call 'accents'. The metal on the camera is call 'bezel'.

This phone is beautiful. It is good to see LG working hard to give a nice phone in terms of specs and design. There should always a healthy competition and all brands should be viewed and commented in an unbiased manner rather than sticking to a brand resulting in hate comments on other brands.

Anonymous, 14 Oct 2015Buy a nice cover and save yourself $150You dont need to cover this phone. Its drop resistant up to 1.2m, has Stainless steal frame and not aluminium. It also has double Gorilla Glass 4 with a plastic film between, kinda like bulletproof vest.
