Hero, 12 Feb 2010this seems like a good move by samsung, i mean apple has OSX, BB has RIM, palm now has webOS, ... moreI completely agree! Compatability issues has been a way too long an issue regarding Samsung phones as well, hopefully this will solve these probs. An app store would be a big push on Samsung's profit and more customers would benefit and enjoy their units!

this seems like a good move by samsung, i mean apple has OSX, BB has RIM, palm now has webOS, and in some ways google has android (with the help of HTC). these softwares are built by the same company so they are able to make good match between the software and hardware for optimum experience. MS dont have hardware so they have to pass their OS to OEMs, who can do what they want with it, sometimes it doesnt work out and compromises the experience.

samsung will have winmo, android and possibly symbian for their high end phones, and reserve bada for mid-low end devices. if they support it right with regular updates and a good app store, they might be onto a winner. look at it this way, the iphone doesnt have many features yet flies off the shelves because it has the apps store. samsung just needs to offer good support to the platform.

I hope they make twins phones (the same spec):
            Bada OS
            Android OS
            Windows Mobile
and Symbian OS (if Symbian^3 have support for 480x800)
            it will by perfect

              What are you doing Samsung?

Are developers really going to focus on iPhone, Android, and Windows Mobile AND 'bad'a OS? Your TouchWiz OS on the Samsung Jet was terrible, just stick to the phones and let Google handle the OS's on them.

Amazing how dum some Multi-billion pound companies are!

This OS is a good looking one, I saw many pictures with teh Menu, and it is awesome! The Bada phones will be part of the Omnia phones?
