I don't support this from any companies... Non-removable battery solution sucks.

My Xiaomi powerbank charges my iPhone 6 as fast as an iPad charger does.....
Xiaomi powerbanks are the best I have used so far, & the price is quite nice too.....

Sorry, it's a stupid solution. If you make it removable battery, it will be much easier to carry. These battery chargers are so heavy that you can only carry them in an extra bag. Next week you can see another ad about this charger bag too.

Makes sense, reduce the built in battery capacity, make it non-removable, then advertise their "life saving product" that wouldn't have been needed if they didn't cripple the phone in the first place.

Samsung user however adding the non removable battery, lowering the capacity and then charging so much for this takes the P.
These companies are getting far too greedy while removing the features and power that we the consumer require.
Will we ever stand united and force these money grabbing bstards to deliver what we want the way we want it?
Unfortunately NO if we did these companies would literally crap themselves but as Brits the majority won't even complain if a meal is not good let alone the tech that we are told is the be all & end all.

                      How dumb
They reduced the mAh of the battery on board and now to add insult to injury they are trying to make a virtue out of it.

Samsung you have goofed up on the note 5 badly

                      Specifically
                      Glass back
                      No stereo speakers
                      No sd card
                      Reduced mah
                      Non removable battery
                      No IP protection
                      Single direction spen
                      Relatively dated chip

This phone is not even as good as the note 4 it is a step backwards

portable battery pack = nearly 50% of the Note 5's 3000mAh battery in 30 minutes.

                          removable battery = 100% in 5 minutes.

so, removable batteries are still better option.

But the rapid charging power bank (from Anker, Aukey or Choe, even Samsung) is the best solution for the power problem of the latest generation of Galaxy flagships and for all Qualcomm mid to high end phones, too. While the iPhone owners will still have to settle with the long hours of charging their low battery life iPhones. That is until next year when they have their own fast charging power bank and they will thank Apple for it. Like when they finally have power saving mode with iOS 9 when Android has it since like five years ago? :) Typical.

30 minutes waiting time to charge and you carry something as big as the Note.5 around to charge 1 time during the day?

Well, for heavy users like me, I practice ZERO waiting time, and totally WIRELESS and unplugged by replacing the battery. Charging takes place while I'm asleep with the spent battery being charged with a desktop cradle charger. I just carry that thin battery, unlike this other lump and the wire for plugging.

This used to be the solution for iPhone users, not Samsung Galaxy Notes.

Or if they had just kept the design of the note 4 with removable battery and increased the capacity, they would not have to take so much criticism on their products. A phone that was meant for productivity which gets stripped of its card slot and removable battery is ridiculous!

Anker has a 10050mAh power bank with almost 2x the capacity at half the price. Greedy samsung.
