No official updates upto now one year over still same version. Phone hanging of some issues. When they fix it service centers giving service then we should see service center again and again. Why delay phone won't support 6.0 higher versions. It is may be true.

I too faced the same issue when I visited dome other states but was soon rectified when I reached my home circle. :)
