I am totally dissapointed with lenovo . I bought zuk z1 only because it was cyanogen and had promised upgrade ,however this experience with lenovo has made me understand lenovo is a no no in future totally dissapointed with lenovo .many other phones have cynogen mod 13 ,infact cynogen mod 14 has been launched feel like cheated in name of cynogen

Yes very disapppinted with lenovo phones.i bought because of cyanogene os, but one of my biggest mistake i purchased leneovo zuk z1 ...phone sucks..no updates on phone issues..no os updates..even lenovo other phones are having same issues only difference is other phones are not cyanogene..lenovo need to improvise on their phone optimization. Or else no use of lenovo phones

As a customer of LENOVO ZUK Z1 we are totaly upset with the service.
The android Marshmallow is released in 2015 now GOOGLE Released Nougat with PIXEL Mobile but still Lenovo ZUK Z1 is not getting any update of Android & Cyanogen. Still it is running with lollipop and Cyanogen 12.
Kindly send the update ASAP.

Hi All,
I bought Lenovo Zuk Z1 couple of months back and now the phone has got network issues. Both sim cards are not working. I changed the sim cards, however I realized that the issue is with the phone. Can anybody tell me whether this issue will be resolved if I get the next update from Zuk or do I have any alternative way to bring my phone back to normal. Appreciate you help! Thank you!
