Actually when the phone comes down from the market, they never check for bugs. But the factory reset resets everything. The best troubleshooting you need.

If not, then lookout for the CyanogenMod13, how you need to install that.

The battery standby is quite low - hardly 8 to 9 hrs a day. I have to charge at least twice everyday for it to last through the night and even so, sometimes it shuts down during the night.
Any possible solution or is this a common issue?

Even i tried reaching their customere care via phone, mail and online chat...no help from them...they least bother to relese OTA updates to zuk phones i guess...i also assume they treat indian customers as low priyarity people...hate lenovo to the core
