It needs update, some bugs fix required, update to marshmellow and resolve the heating up issue. It's so annoying, If my Zuk Z1 does not receive, I won't take a peek at Lenovo's products anymore. It was my first Lenovo phone and it spoiled my expectations. Please update soon, or else I'm already creating an awareness about it's cons and donts. Thank you

Lenovo zuk z1 mobile this update marshmello too very good and without update very third class mobile in lollipop version the company by c/o and management is not resp for costumer for I'm interest lenovo but noting version not interest by lenovo zuk z1

The zuk 1 after update cause the phone key pad screen to black out when you press to call, feed back to zuk.com but no reply for 2 months now

Pravat, 18 Feb 2017I have the same problem. It restarts when i try to call someone via jio4g voice otherwise it's okyeah man same issue with me...I hav submitted my device in service centre. .now waiting fo it. no marshmallow update yet it seems. just cynogen 11 to 12 dats it.

The phone restarts again and again....no volte support.. Even some minor signal problems...overheating issue..
Will the company will give volte support update..LENOVO I HAD A GREAT HOPE IN YOU,BUT YOU SPOILED IT WITH THIS ....PLEASE GIVE AN UPDATE TO FIX ALL BUGS...

Lenovo zuk z1 is the best smart phone in this price range . U all can update it by flashing CyanogenMod 13 zip file.

Lenovo zukz1 is worst phone. Phone gets restart again and again. It gets heat and hang again and again while using. Lenovo are least bothered about their customers. They only sale the products but no proper service and updates for their phones. Lenovo should improve their customer support. Or better they stop manufacturing phones.
