regs, 16 Oct 2015It's impossible to double tap status bar while walking if you are not 2m+ on 5'' screen. Even ... moreso do you have problem of memory ? after setting up the homescreen and after 1 minute we are already familiar with it, even we can double tap the empty space with closed eyes, and it's more less time consuming than long pressing button to lock it.

Even with my old 4,4'' mx2 it's hard to do it with my 169 cm. Finding empty space is wasting time.
The best way for locking/unlocking phone is the side button with integrated dactiloscopic scanner that is in Sony Z5 series.
Second to best is side button with dactiloscopic scanner on front panel - can be found in Apple, Samsung and Meizu phones, but Meizu also locks by long pressing home button/dactiloscopic scanner, so almost as usable as Sony.
Dactiloscopic scanner on the back is less convenient as won't let you unlock the phone on table. But at least somehow usable in hand if there is a side button to lock the phone.
LG's way is disaster, so as those double tap gestures.
will lg g flex 2 get the Marshmallow update ?
