This is what disappoints me and Windows phone and iOS excel. My 3 yrs old flagship phone is working fine, but they will not release the update for it. Forget those devices which were not flagship or high-end.
Go buy windows phone. You'll get update even until 5 years, like your windows pc.

hope sony also adds xperia t3 and e4 and e4g.
all of the 3 devices deserve an update to marshmallow.
embarrassing to say sony doesn't offer an entry level lollipop device.
also hope they update z1 series to marshmallow.snapdragon 800 totally deserves marshmallow.
