I feel the same, exact same situation. I even asked the Huawei rep and he promised me the "world", but becoming very disappointed in my decision.

Update support from Huawei is horrible compared to others, this will be my first and last Huawei phone!

When are we going to get the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the P8 in South Africa. The Cell Providers blame Huawei en Huawei call centre blames the Cell Providers. Can someone please answer us directly. Starting to seem like this was a hoax from Huawei that we will get the update. i am very frustrated at this point since it was my first Hawei product and now starting to think it was not such a bright move suporting Huawei.

When will the P8GRA-L09V........B151 get the marshmallow update in South Africa? Is there an alternative to getting this update? None of the websites provide a solution, I have used about 10Gigs of data updating packages that do not install. The update stops at 90%
