The S620 will be built on 28nm like these Exynos chipsets and will have a weaker GPU than the S820 (presumably comparable to the tri/quad-core Mali).

This years best Samsung midrange isn't better than the galaxy s5 despite being more expensive, so next years mid-range probably isn't going to match up to the s6.

          Makes you wonder why anyone bothers to buy them really.

                            We are still riding A57 cores for flagships at the moment, yet coming soon we will have A72 cores in midranges.
