Sorry, not interested in Android Blackberry. There are serious issues with Android, one of the great strength of BB OS is just how good it is over Android. OK it is market perception and cheap OS. I went from a Z30 to S5 and frankly the experience was not all that great. Android is vastly over rated and under performs on security. The BBOS is superior. Not interested in games and waste of time Android apps that just spy on you. What a pitty that geksville out there just does not care about security. Which nation is spying on you the most. No folks, it is not the US. Go work it out.

Loving all the armchair CEOs that are posting here (offering Blackberry marketing and financial advice), who simply haven't got a clue.

John Chen is at the helm of the Blackberry ship, he is paid to make the company decisions, not you.

Gibby, 23 Oct 2015Agreed - this was a good idea - until they released the pricing & will become a failure if... moresome improvements and this would be the best phone out there, firstly they should have waited and had the latest cpu and gpu and latest os also usb type C and a finger print print scanner like any other also a minimum 5 megapixel front camera and the pricing should have been around $500 or even less as they are not the same as they were if they expect to come back in the market you need to come back with all this points trust me you guys will win and also superior c/s

Anonymous, 23 Oct 2015If no one buys it, Blackberry story will end for real. Why? They own the medical device market and 2/3rds of all new cars sold, including those with Apple's infotainment system are powered by a BlackBerry Operating System.

BlackBerry is more than a phone company, and they continue to live on, buying up smaller companies. All. The. Time.

Just like Nokia, Sony, blackberry needs to stop producing phones. The market has absolutely gone above them. They need to sit down and do proper re-thinking. The brand has lost it pride and name.

Android by BB doesn't sound too bad and this phone might be a good one too but with that price tag I don't think its going to help BB at all.
