this design that made for metal_body phones first time used by htc .. if you this year for first time touch a smartphone then maybe u say apple is first .. but for others this design born with htc one

That's true. And apple also copied meizu's design. Original iPhone 3g design was copied from Sony. Now almost all Chinese oems are copying htc one's design. Huawei,oppo,gionee etc.
