It's great to see the comments, but ultimately it does come down to user experience. For me, the HTC has done the best job of providing a personalized interaction between the user and the phone. It's simply an efficient UI that allows individual methodology of navigating through a smart device that works very well. I hope HTC does a better job of communication how it's "THE ONE" series that does it well, not just first.

And as far as I'm aware, direct employees of Apple get paid far more than any other company around. As for the suppliers, Pegatron for example, you can't really blame Apple. They falsified claims during Apple's audits, that's Apple's fault?
Now their philosophies. I intended their design and their commitment to simplifying and cross connecting various aspects of human life.

with competition in future, then ... moreIt's sad. They won't release a revolutionary M10. They'll give another shot at a new camera, hit or miss. And incorporate a fingerprint sensor.
It's again your average Android flagship. There's very little reason to consider an HTC over an S6 or 6P. Maybe they'll sell a couple more because it looks like an iPhone, but they'll still find themselves in deep operating losses.
Thing about these Android OEMs is, they aren't innovating. Don't start a flame war, fandroids, but maybe your beloved manufacturers should try to invent (and implement) something new? Maybe something cooler than 3D Touch?

I saved roughly ₹20000 by purchasing a 5S from the UAE, 1.5 years ago. And there's still no chance of that price gap rebating for the current crop.
As an iPhone user in India, I believe the market isn't ready for the iPhone either. It doesn't have enough streaming services (c'mon Apple Music, bring in the regional music) or decent internet speed. Heck, 4G just started rolling out.
And due to Apple's anti piracy policies, an iPhone without data just plain sucks.
While I support Apple's efforts against piracy, the downside is, in a country like India, it just makes Android the better option.
Coupled with higher prices than the rest of the world, yup, they're overrated.
Disclaimer: I love Apple and their products. Right from my first iPod Shuffle to my present 5S and MBP 15. I love their philosophies, how much they give back to the society, their services, pretty much everything Apple. And I do believe their price for providing a streamlined ECOSYSTEM is more than justified.
As for my grievances put above, I'd only blame the Indian bureaucracy for keeping the market so backward.

KK, 23 Oct 2015All phones company copy from the legend NOKIANokia had strange designs. Its phones looked like calculators. electric shavers, bricks, pencil boxes, stealth bombers and other ugly shapes. Only one company copied its designs its none other than the nokia itself... Lol

htc one a9 front design is used from it's previous model butterfly and
back design is from one series.
iphone 6 desgn was clearly copied from htc one m7 [aluminium and antena lines]
