When first Pocket-PC's was released at about 98, i have had iPaq 9300 from Compaq, i thought i have it all in it, but not really, it crashed so much, lot of promises but nothing to achieve, all games and apps was demo, and to bay, they cost more than PC version, to much frustration with it, and i was happy i sold it out, now nothing can make my mind up to bay a win-mobile, even if i get for free...lol.
I burnt my finger, and i em not willing to burn it again with devices like that.

Totally true: Windows 7 is lighter, more stable, and it gives you more overall performance. 64 bits is tuned up and it's reliable.
Let's hope Windows Phone 7 to follow it's big brother and very welcome Windows 7.

hey guys they(microsoft) should have come with HTC as even android and google also used htc as their first model and till now ugly windows mobile was survived by htc only due to their technology and till date only htc have make thier efforts to wm to survive and use capacitive technology in their hanset as wm doesn't support capacitive for eg. hd2,i thunk they r betraying htc and asus is no match for htc windows mobile series

Will probably have weekly security fixes and patches like all other Ms OS's and apps.

i'd love to see if windows 7 would be a sony ericsson product with same qualities with satio but definitely thinner. Not really fan of aSus..

I think it'll crash just like all winmo phones...Windows 7 as a computer OS is very unstable...putting it on a phone...I wont buy one.

It's all very well getting excited about MS bringing out their own phone, however the OS is nothing without decent hardware.

You need decent hardware to get decent call quality & after all the prime consideration is about calls not whether it can take quality photos or do HD video!
