The price difference is mainly because of the insane import duties and excise duties.

But flipkart is giving a chromecast, cover and mobile headphones with this so its a pretty good deal. To add icing to cake i have also got some deal with airtel 4G for 6 month.( the double data offer. So its like a ₹5000 off. I will be getting the phone on 6 nov according to flipkart :D

They are not even interested in India! They have stocks worth few thousands which run out in few minutes! They do this overtime when they launch Nexus devices in India. By the time they actually make it available, it becomes outdated and re-sale value is really low!
