Well I used to shop with FlipKart till Amazon. in launched in India. They have better customer very helpful than Flipkart

Wow i didnt realise that Flipkart service had gone down so much. I used to buy a lot from them whenever i was in India and would always get the delivery within 2 days. Sometimes even next day. Currently i am using Amazon in China and you really cant beat their service. They infact have service where you can order from Amazon US and they will deliver to you in China. Not all products but most of it. Anyway they are on a roll and like their service.

I am a seller on Amazon as well as Flipkarrt, with Flipkart we got about 6000 sales in a single day during the Big Billion Day, but they failed to give the orders to us on time and even after 10 days the orders are still showing as pending. Which customer will wait for 10 days to get their orders? These customers are going online and leaving negative feedback for the sellers while sellers have no role in this.
In contrast, Amazon sales were gradual but they managed amazingly well. Every single order was picked and processed on time.

I hate flipkart it has no delivery in my area yet.on the other hand amazon has cod available in my area and I'm a regular buyer of amazon and my experience is very good 😊 with amazon its a best online shopping website

Where are amazon gives wide delivery coverage and more varities.

just got a duplicate product delivered by flipkart. they were not even ashamed for that, they tried to hurry me into taking the refund.

The reason I moved away from Flipkart is that Flipkart has outrageous delivery times these days, yes i get they want you to try the One day delivery fee. But every parcel I order gives me an estimate of a week to two weeks. I remember the times when Flipkart used to deliver the next day.

thank you amazon for providing an awesome service and after sales support...flipkart with their bad "30 days replacement" policy paved way for amazon. nowadays shopping electronics on flipkart makes me think a lot. third party sellers on flipkart selling stolen phones, unboxed and refurbished items at the price of new item(even by ws retail), app only policy.,,etc made me realize flipkart is truly a desi website. i used to trust them badly and now they have lost all my trust.

Amazon really giving good services. Fast and accurate.in past i hv purchase only from Flipkart.but once I have purchased mobile on Amazon at 9 am by online payment. At 10 am i hv cancelled it.in 5 min they have refunded my amount. I hv never experienced such a fast service. All d best Amazon for duwali sales.
