put out ipad air 3 with at least 8 gb of ram, 512 storage flash, oled display 4k 4096 by 2304 like the 21.5in imac and a decent battery with long endurance not that falure battery from iphone and your tablets will hit the sky, if apple continue with the same policy on specs for her products, then her sales will be as it is right now and we see on the gsm arena statistics. when people pay 1000$ for a table they want to be a laptop replacement and not a toy. so if you want a better sales give people what they want and leave aside mumbo jumbo bullshit about the price.
Ps Also must to be water proof and dust proof.

I'm not necessarily getting one, but I will check out reports by creative pros (aka the target market, not game kiddies) that the drawing surface is the closest to paper drawing they've experienced on any device. If this is true I will seriously consider it.
Surface Pro moved away from Wacom tech, their digitizer is now a joke for illustrators and the like. Cintiq is even pricier (although it does run desktop OS).
This is why this whole article is based on a bad premise. It's not meant as a mass sales consumer device like iPhone ( or even iPad). It's a niche device.

For that kind of money people expect a proper computer without the limitations that come with an iOS device (no file system).

Why would any sane people want to buy $1200 128gb tablet which include $169 smart keyboard and a $99 pencil, plus $130 for cellular radio? I could easily buy a high end large screen laptop with 16gb ram and 1TB internal storage for that kind of price. Worth considering to buy the latest MSI laptop rather than this tablet. Apple ipad pro is a joke. Not worth for Christmas either. Kids will glare at you if you have the money to buy this as a present but not a high spec gaming laptop for them.

Im sorry to say but Apple's gadgets are unnecessary overpriced. Im rather buy a laptop rather than this tablet. The iPhone 6s also overpriced. I choose the high end android phones rather than iPhone. Please Apple, not all people are wealthy. So think first before put the price.
