I did many things to get rid of this major problem like: tried switching off all motions, I switching off all vibrations, by uninstalling some apps, tried removing code or pattern lock and using simple swipe, by closing apps and freeing ram memory again and again etc etc
but nothing help me till a month
Than I tried it in POWER SAVING MODE and now the problem is solved. Now, after keeping it in POWER SAVING MODE, the screen unlocks normally.
lollipop update is ok, very few differences after update lollipop,
The drawback I found is that in kit kat version i would love to open apps directly swiping icon on lock screen and many apps shortcuts I had created swiping right lock screen. I miss this feature very much in lollipop.

I was not updating reading the reviews since the update was released..but today i did and its working fine and smooth...
