I use my Note3Neo for game dev purposes, so it doesn't have any SIM card in it. But after updating to Lollipop yesterday, everything is working better than before. Actually lock screen unlock time has speeded up ! No network problems over WiFi or battery drain problems either till now; Google Play Services was recommended to be updated by Android itself, so I did it and Google Play works great. Don't know, but it might be because I don't have a SIM card that things are running smooth.
