The full version of lollipop not yet comes.Which are you updated your note3neo it is only binary farm a updated. The complete version comes after few weeks to Samsung care. That time you again update your phone in service centre only Rs.200/-.Due to issue some problems in binary farma yet I don't update my set.some solution for you.1st switch off your handset. Then press volume + botton , menu botton,power botton at a time. Then.you press volume - botton. That -botton function as select for bellow option.when select cache swipt option then click power botton. Your problem is solved.

Guys i have solved my lock screen problem and battery drain problem on my own you to take backup of your data and move it into sd card and then switch off your mobile after that press volume up key home key and power button after that you can see wipe cache as well as wipe cache partion or somthing like that you have to clean them both by using power button to select those options and then reboot the fone and your all problems will solve mine are solved and now i am enjoying the lollipop
