It is really ridiculous that samsung is yet not able to provide an update on Note 3 neo even when low end phones get that. Manufactures like, Mi, Lennovo, ASUS are able to provide but samsung is so late in providing the same

I've flashed the 5.1.1 on my Note 3 Neo (SM-N7505) using odin. I've used the French Firmware but there are much more firmwares available. Pick the one that suits you best. You can find the link here :

Just download, put your phone in Odin mode using volume Button - +home button + power . Once a menu pops up press up. Start odin on your pc. you can find the link here.

Connect your phone trough USB and you will see on Odin a text. Added!
press in odin on AP and go to your folder where you have downloaded and unzipped the firmware, it should be a .md5 or .tar file. select the file, wait a bit, once the file is loaded, press start and just sit back and see how your phone receives 5.1.1 without losing any setting, photo, app or what so ever. After maximum 10 minutes you will have a working Note 3 Neo with 5.1.1 on it with your language of choice. well, what the language was on your phone before flashing.
