It is normal that they don't repair a phone bought from another country. Each service center is a different company. Every other brands doing the same thing. HTC or Sony also don't repair any phone bought from another company.

Other local mobile company also provide Lollipop version in a very cheap mobile also.
Then why Samsung have not providing.
If Samsung preferred to launch Lollipop version early in at home town then why they have lunch mobile in our country, Please launch your mobile phone only at you home town.

I got a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo smartphone from Saudia Arabia which was been gifted by my aunt. When she bought they said that this phone consists of LTE version in the handset. But when getting to my hand in India I checked that there is no LTE version in the hand set. Even in the handset box its written 4G Network. When I went to the Samsung Service Center in India they said that the handsets which have bought from abroad they can''t service it from India it would be serviced in abroad itself. When I informed that the Samsung Company is a world wide Company why they can''t service it in India and even I told to them that to give me in writing that the hand sets which have been bought from abroad can''t be serviced in India and they refused to give me the letter. So I informed that I will report to media that Samsung Company is selling Duplicate mobiles. By hearing this the manager said that please don''t do that it will affect their companies image. Since Samsung is one among the Electronic Giants in the world, we don''t expect these kind of after sales service either from your general sales agent or retailers worldwide. I think i have to put these kind of things in media to inform the public about your miss behavior of your staff in Samsung Service Center. So kindly shut down the company for ever and don't fool the publics

You're comparing a mid range processor to a flagship level processor... The performance of the note 3 neo will be obviously inferior to the original note 3... But the note 3 neo is the best in the category in the terms of processor... It also beats the J7 in many terms like ROM etc.
