I solve the problem with lockscreen lag : change unlock effect to none, and unlock Type to none too ... so far no lag . Pls check someone this to confirm if its work

I think u should do hard reset and update ur mobile via kies...may solve ur problem

When the phone is in Power saving mode screen unlocking function runs smoothly.
But dont know why amd how to fix it. So i choosed to keep phone in power saving mode only.
