AnonD-446990, 28 Oct 2015My 2013 Galaxy S4 runs fine.Well, I have problem with Galaxy S4. It is not made for high demanding users. Response is slower, and transition from one to another app if you need to use them in the same time. I had OS that was really "eating" my battery, but when I change it to OS for Baltic it is really good. But still I have to be very careful when I am using device because it may occur to need to make a phone call and to have device turned off because battery drained.

The Apple A9 smokes all mobile SOCs and I would love to see and Android phone with a similar SOC, so far only the Nvdia X1 Denver is a rival and that is used exclusively on the Nexus 9.

I have an LG G2 as well and in terms of speed it smokes my friends iPhone 5 (I know it's not the latest, but it's what I have to compare it to). The problem is you're running the stock software, which is LG's Optimus skin, and that is slow AF.
Before you buy a new phone, I suggest you go to Xda Developers and put CyanogenMod 12.1 on your phone. It might take you a day to learn everything, but it is worth it. You need to Root->Install custom recovery (TWRP)->Flash CyanogenMod 12.1
It's simple really. Cyanogenmod is 275MB. LG's Optimus ROM is over 2GB. You do the math. About 90% of your phone's OS is unnecessary and slowing it to a crawl.

Only a few android devices are comparable to iphone like z5 compact,galaxy alpha,mate7 and ...
most of them has Cpu issues and hang when browsing.

With Android flagships' prices sky-rocketing lately (in Europe that is) it's easy to make a switch to a similarly priced iPhone, just for the sake of trying it out. A regular Z5 off contract price is around $780. Nobody will convince me this piece of electronics is actually anywhere close to being worth that much.

For anyone that wants top spec and sensible size, the choices are Sony Z5c and iPhone 6s.
